Core is for trying it. Pro adds conversion tracking. Business adds affiliate partners and payouts. Past the top plan you pay published usage rates, not a bigger subscription.

Business is the top self-serve plan. Beyond its limits you pay published usage rates that fall as volume rises: tracked clicks from $0.20 per 1,000, new links from $4 per 1,000. Partner payouts cost 1.5% + $2 per partner paid — for moving the money, never a cut of it.
